Where does your data come from?
We don't disclose the signal sources. This is industry norm for any pre-MLS intelligence product — the day we publish a source list, every aggregator copies the recipe and the timing edge collapses for every agent on our platform.

How is this different from Zillow Premier or REDX?
Timing and exclusivity. Zillow Premier delivers a homeowner after they fill out a listing inquiry — by then they're already on the market and bidding to multiple agents in your ZIP. REDX is downstream of the MLS (expired listings, FSBO posts) — also late, and shared.
ListReady fires 60–90 days before a property hits the MLS. VIP gets one agent per ZIP cluster, no exceptions. See the comparison table above for line-item differences.
What does "First Access" exclusivity actually mean?
VIP tier is sold one agent per ZIP cluster, full stop. If your cluster is already taken, you're added to the waitlist for that area — we don't double-sell. Core tier is shared with at most 2–3 other agents in the same ZIP. Access tier has no agent cap.
"ZIP cluster" usually means a grouping of 2–4 adjacent Miami-Dade ZIPs, sized to deliver a realistic weekly lead volume. We'll confirm the exact boundary before you commit.
Is your data TCPA / DNC compliant?
Yes, and we do the scrubbing on our side before the lead reaches you. Every phone number is checked against the National Do Not Call registry and the Florida state DNC list before delivery. Opt-out flags are honored within 24 hours across all current and future deliveries.
The point is to ship you contacts you can legally work — not push the compliance burden onto your assistant.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no annual commitments. One WhatsApp message — or a click in the dashboard — and your next billing cycle is canceled. You keep access through the end of the current cycle. We don't pro-rate refunds, but we also don't try to trap you.
